Houston, Texas · U.S. Gulf of Mexico
We decommission offshore drilling units and recover, refurbish and sell their equipment across the U.S. Gulf Coast — from relocation and yard entry through cleaning, dismantling and heavy-lift removal, on one accountable contract.
Offshore marine expertise, heavy-lift engineering and a hands-on field organisation, working in collaboration with World Rig Solutions LLC. Operations are aligned with applicable HSE and USCG requirements and executed under class society and marine warranty surveyor oversight.
Wet-tow and relocation of drilling units from offshore location to the receiving yard, including marine warranty and pre-tow engineering support.
Berthing, mooring, ground preparation, crane mats and mobilisation of the heavy-lift spread.
Topsides dismantling — derrick, drill floor, substructure, cantilever, accommodation block, pedestal cranes and legs — cut and lifted in sections.
Execution with 800–1,000-ton class crawler cranes and SPMT transport, backed by lift engineering and rigging.
Recovery, refurbishment, delivery and turnkey sale of drilling and marine equipment, including storage.
Sourcing of materials and equipment, vendor coordination and on-site logistics support throughout the program.
37 offshore units moved or handled across eight operator fleets — semisubmersibles, independent-leg and mat-supported jack-ups, a submersible barge and platform drilling packages.

Concurrent decommissioning, reactivation and equipment-recovery programs in the Gulf of Mexico. Client identities, unit names and field locations are withheld under confidentiality; scopes are described generically.
Integration of a twin-stage reciprocating compression train and a circa 20 MW gas-engine generation package, sized against the client’s phase-two throughput reference case. Fabrication and commissioning at our yard, then international mobilisation.
Two-phase campaign on a cold-stacked unit: wet-tow from the stacking location to a Gulf Coast shipyard, then an eight-step yard preparation sequence — cutting-crew demobilisation, leg jetting at 30–35 ft penetration, hull-integrity restoration and accommodation strip-out.
Five-phase program on an independent-leg cantilever jack-up: class reinstatement at origin, seventeen work packages in parallel with re-classification, circa 750 t of steel renewals, crane recertification and a circa 20-day towage profile.
Recovery of a three-leg unit stacked offshore since 2015 — jacking motors, gear refurbishment, electrical rewiring and power-system reactivation for the relocation tow.
Two units with spud-cans stuck at 73 ft to 93 ft penetration, freed with our combined airlift and jetting system under marine warranty sign-off.
Turnkey recovery, refurbishment, storage and delivery of equipment released by the programs above, with sourcing, vendor coordination and site logistics.
A strategic U.S. Gulf yard with deep-water access, operating as the anchor of our service portfolio and the receiving point for tow-to-yard programs. Recovered equipment is refurbished, stored and offered for resale on a turnkey basis; structural steel is routed to certified mills with weight reconciliation, and the owner receives an environmental closure report.
